Capture the essence of your family with me. Specializing in natural, candid moments, I create a relaxed environment where children can be themselves - no awkward posing required! As one of my favorite photography sessions, I ensure a memorable experience that reflects your family’s unique bond in stunning visuals. Cancellation Policy
Session Policy I want every session to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience for you. The following policies help ensure everything runs smoothly and that we can create the best possible photos together. Booking & Deposit A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Your session is not officially reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due after the session. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date based on availability. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable if the session is canceled. However, sessions can be rescheduled with proper notice as described above. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, weather conditions are always taken into consideration. If the weather is unsafe or unsuitable (rain, strong wind, etc.), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Unexpected Situations In the case of unexpected circumstances or emergencies from either side, the session may be rescheduled to the next available date. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may shorten the session time in order to keep the schedule running smoothly. Photo Delivery Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery for viewing and download. Delivery time may vary depending on the season and workload. Editing & Artistic Style By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my photography and editing style and trust my creative direction during the session. Images are edited in my signature style. RAW Files RAW (unedited) images are not provided. Image Selection The photographer carefully selects and edits the best images from the session. The final gallery will include the images that best represent the session. Client Responsibility The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation from participants, including children. Image Use Photos from sessions may be used for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless the client requests privacy in advance. By booking a session, you agree to the policies listed above.
