Whether you’re celebrating your family, motherhood, a milestone, or simply want beautiful photos together, this cozy picnic setting creates the perfect backdrop for natural, heartfelt moments you’ll cherish for years to come. Session Includes •20-minute session •Beautifully styled picnic setup featuring a charming teepee •30+ professionally edited high-resolution images •Private online gallery •Final gallery delivered within 1.5 weeks Investment: $300 Retainer: $100 to reserve your session After Booking Once your session is reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact Costa Mesa location, parking information, outfit tips, and everything you need to feel fully prepared for your session.

Cancellation Policy
By booking a Summer Picnic Mini Session, you agree to the following terms: Retainer & Payment A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Your session is confirmed only after the retainer has been received. Rescheduling & Weather The retainer is non-refundable. If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be rescheduled to the next available date at the photographer’s discretion. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is based on availability. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the setup. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce your shooting time, and additional time cannot be guaranteed. Location & Conditions Sessions take place outdoors at a public park in Costa Mesa, California. The photographer is not responsible for weather conditions, park regulations, or unexpected interruptions that may affect the session. The exact location and parking details will be provided after booking. Picnic Setup The styled picnic setup is included as part of the session experience and may vary slightly based on availability, weather conditions, and seasonal décor. Creative Direction & Image Delivery By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the photographer’s signature style, creative direction, and editing approach. Your final gallery will include approximately 30 professionally edited high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery. Gallery delivery time is within 1.5 weeks after your session. Liability Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session. The photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, personal belongings, or circumstances beyond their control. Image Use Photographer may use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the session.
